At Tolerare, we stand behind the quality of our products and the people who wear them. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags must be attached
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted

Exchanges

• We offer size exchanges when inventory is available
• Exchanges must meet the same condition requirements as returns
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Final Sale Items

• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to process after approval
